FIDL-5S-760X is a CW single mode injection semiconductor laser diode. It is delivered in SOT-242 5.6mm can with built-in monitor photodiode to stabilize output power and in TO-3 window package with integrated TEC, thermistor and monitor photodiode.

The laser diode is suitable for application in oxygen detection as well as various other opto-electronic systems.
